At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
